Anonymous quiz, learning path, article, badge, and Lab progress is stored locally in your browser. If you create an account with Google or an email magic link, the site stores a copy of that educational progress in Supabase so it can be restored on another signed-in device.
Learning analytics and feedback
We record limited first-party events such as pages viewed, learning paths selected, articles opened, and quizzes or Labs started and completed. These records use a random browser session identifier and may include your account ID when signed in. Feedback includes the page context, selected feedback type, and any optional note you submit. Do not include sensitive financial or identity information.
Account information
Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth and the selected identity provider. Make The Money Call uses the authenticated user ID, email address, and available display name to identify your cloud record. We do not receive or store a Google, email, Supabase, or ChatGPT password.
Information we do not request
Do not submit bank credentials, payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, tax records, credit reports, or other sensitive financial information. Budget Lab households remain fictional and the site has no payment processing.
External resources
Money Library guides link to third-party government resources. Their privacy practices apply after you leave this site. Supabase and hosting providers process the technical information needed to authenticate users, store progress, collect feedback, measure educational use, and deliver the website.
Your choices
You may continue anonymously with device-only progress, sign out at any time, clear local activity using “Reset saved progress,” or permanently delete the signed-in cloud record from My Progress.
